You want low LDL and high HDL

Cholesterol is a naturally occurring waxy substance produced by your body. It has many important functions and it isn’t a bad thing — unless you have too much of the bad kind. Then it contributes to the formation of artery-clogging plaque, increasing your risk of heart disease and stroke.

Bad kind? That’s right. You have two main types of cholesterol: Low-density lipoprotein, or LDL (the “bad” cholesterol), and high-density lipoprotein, or HDL (the “good” cholesterol).

LDL carries cholesterol into your arteries, and HDL carries it away to your liver.

Needless to say, the less LDL and the more HDL you have the better. So, your goal isn’t just to lower “total cholesterol”, but to also optimize your HDL/LDL ratio!

The 7 Best, Healthiest, Fastest, Easiest & Safest
Ways Of Decreasing Your LDL Levels

  1. Exercise
All you need is 20-30 minutes of “something”, 3-4x a week. Walking is great… lifting weights, swimming, playing sports, etc. are all very helpful. Pick something fun and stick to it.
  2. Lose Weight/Belly Fat
More importantly, losing BELLY fat will dramatically improve your cholesterol levels, triglycerides and HDL/LDL ratio. Eat healthier, exercise more and take safe fat-burning supplements to help quickly erase stubborn belly fat.
  3. Eat “Better” Fats
First thing you must do is reduce or eliminate bad fats such as: “Trans Fatty Acids”. Read for labels and avoid anything with “hydrogenated” oils, shortenings, margarine and most baked/fried goods.Second, eat more healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, fish oils (Omega 3 fatty-acids), olive, avocado and other “natural fats” that are NOT heated.
  4. Reduce “Simple” Carbohydrates
Cakes, cookies, highly processed cereals, “white” breads, pastas, rice and most things that come in a “box” are “simple” carbs. Have more fruits and vegetables, brown rice, whole grain breads. This will improve your cholesterol levels, triglycerides AND help you lose weight (which will further improve your HDL/LDL ratios).
  5. Eat More Fiber
This is so simple and has so many benefits. First, you can do so by having more fruits and vegetables… nuts and whole-grains as well. Second, you can easily add in special fiber supplements through out the day. Simple, easy and again – helps with fat loss, in addition to improving cholesterol levels and triglycerides.
  6. Don’t Smoke!
Umm… come on people, there’s NOTHING good about smoking and when it comes to the heart. It lowers your good HDL and increases your bad LDL at the same time. The exact opposite of what you want to do. NOT GOOD… Stop it!!!
  7. Take Natural Herbs & Supplementsimportant!
This made the biggest difference for my own parents. There are about half a dozen really good, Clinically Proven Herbs and Natural Ingredients that help lower cholesterol levels, triglycerides and improve HDL/LDL ratios:

    - Red Yeast Rice (at 2.5% extract)
    – Policosanal (from sugar cane extract)
    – Garlic Extract (at 5% alliin)
    – D Pantethine (vitamin B5)
    – Artichoke Leave Extract (at 15% Chlorogenic Acid, 5% Cynarin)
    – Phytosterols (40% extract from non-GMO pine tree extract)

As you age and because of hormonal changes, your body needs specific nutrients to help regulate and improve your cholesterol levels and triglycerides. Diet helps, but it’s usually never enough. Natural herbs are the easiest, fastest, safest and most convenient method to accomplish your “heart healthy” goal.

Unfortunately, these days the drug companies “rule the world” and most likely, your doctor is NOT going to emphasis the above NATURAL Methods. Probably, he/she will simply prescribe you a cholesterol reduction drug – usually a “statin”.

I STRONGLY advise AGAINST these drugs!

statins all med

Statin Drugs Have Too Many Side-Effects

First and foremost, the main reason they are prescribe is because doctor’s get paid and so does the hospital. Second, they’re a temporary band-aid, NOT a long-term solution because they have so many negative side-effects (muscle pain, memory loss, liver damage, aging of brain and skin, etc., etc., etc.,) Third, they were designed for people who had tried EVERYTHING else first and still couldn’t improve their cholesterol levels below 350 mg/dL.

These days, instead of drugs being the LAST solution, it’s now the FIRST!

I know this very well because over 10 years ago my own parents went through this. They were prescribe different drugs and it was 6 months of TORTURE and PAIN. You can Watch My Special Video about this…

Please don’t make the same mistake we did – learn from our mistakes! Do it naturally
